LTRAX System Outage Notice

LTRAX will be unavailable Saturday, October 12, from 6:30 AM to 7:00 PM Eastern, due to emergency maintenance at our server co-location service provider's building.

Our server co-location provider suffered a major power supply-related event two weeks ago. They were able to put a temporary fix in place and continue to provide power to the LTRAX servers and their other co-location clients while they worked on a permanent solution. On Saturday, they are applying their permanent solution, and they have informed us that our servers will experience intermittent power outages during their work window.

In an abundance of caution, and to ensure the physical safety and data integrity of the LTRAX servers and databases, we are taking LTRAX offline starting at 6:30 AM Eastern on Saturday until their work is completed, which may be as late as 3:00 PM Eastern.

We understand that this is disruptive and we greatly apologize for this inconvenience and short notice. While the system is down, we will not be accepting HL7 messages and SFTP uploads. HL7 messages and SFTP uploads will need to be re-sent to us after the system comes back up.
